ZCB stainless steel stamping centrifugal pump (referred to as ZCB stamping pump) is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump made by our company by introducing new technologies from Japan in the 1990s, using advanced stamping, stretching, bending, bulging, shaping, welding, polishing and other processes.
ZCB stamping pump has the following advantages
1. Efficient and energy-saving: Due to the more reasonable design of the pump and smoother flow channels, the efficiency is 8% higher than the previous year, and energy consumption is reduced by more than 20%.
2. High quality and low price: The performance of this pump is better than stainless steel pumps, and the price is equivalent to cast iron pumps.
3. Durable: Due to the use of wear-resistant materials for the shaft seal, all bearings are imported. Therefore, the lifespan of the pump is more than double compared to the previous year, and the noise is particularly light.
4. Lightweight structure: This pump weighs only 1/8 of a cast pump, saving more than half of the space.
5. Surface smoothness: Due to the use of polishing technology, the surface of the pump body is as smooth as a mirror.
ZCB stamping pump adopts standard
The marking performance and dimensions comply with GB5662-85 standard, equivalent to ISO2858-77 inlet and outlet flanges complying with GB919-88 standard, and the technical conditions comply with GB5657-85 standard.
Application of ZCB stamping pump
This pump can be widely used in industries such as oil and fat, food, beverage, medicine and health, electricity, textile, printing and dyeing, water treatment, environmental protection, building water supply, boiler hand feeding, etc. It can transport liquid media with a temperature not exceeding 180 ℃.
